To pair the Monster Achieve 100 Wireless Earbuds with your mobile device, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the earphones are turned on by opening the charging case. The earphones will automatically turn on when the case is opened.
2. Wait for a few seconds after the earphones have turned on. You should hear a "pairing" voice prompt.
3. On your mobile device, go to the Bluetooth settings and set it to search for new devices.
4. Once the earphones appear in the list of available devices, select them to pair.
5. You should hear a "connected" voice prompt once the earphones are successfully paired.
If you are still having trouble connecting the earbuds to your mobile device, please ensure that your mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the earphones. Additionally, check if there are any obstacles or interference that may be affecting the Bluetooth connection. If the issue persists, it is recommended to contact the after-sale customer service center for further assistance.
