To connect the E52 series piezo controller to a sensor, follow these steps:
1. Locate the sensor input on the controller. It is labeled as "Sensor" (number 6 in the diagram).
2. Connect the output of your sensor to the sensor input on the controller using the appropriate cables or connectors.
3. Make sure the positive and negative poles of the sensor are connected correctly. This is important to ensure the operating voltage is within the allowable range of the sensor.
4. Once the sensor is connected, you can monitor its output using the "Sensor Monitor" (number 5 in the diagram). The voltage range for monitoring is 0~10V.
