To properly install the COREMORROW P11.XY200Z300 Piezo Nanopositioning Stage, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the mounting surface is flat.
2. Use M3 screws to mount the P11.XY200Z300 and tighten them securely.
3. Mount the load and tighten it properly to achieve high positioning accuracy.
4. Connect the P11.XY200Z300's connector to the corresponding interface of the controller according to the identification on the leads.
5. Avoid stretching and bending the cables.
6. Use the dedicated cable provided by CoreMorrow to connect the P11.XY200Z300 to the controller.
7. Do not connect via an extension cable casually. If you need a longer cable, please contact CoreMorrow.
