To install the COREMORROW P63 Piezo Nanopositioning Stage, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the installation plane is flat.
2. Secure the piezo stage with M2 screws and tighten them.
3. Install the load and tighten it properly to ensure positioning accuracy.
4. Connect the cable to the corresponding interface of the controller according to the connector head.
