To connect the P60.XYZ200 Piezo Nanopositioning Stage to the controller, follow these steps:
1. Check the identification labels on the wires of the P60.XYZ200. The labels indicate the motion direction and function of each wire.
2. Use the dedicated cable provided by CoreMorrow to connect the P60.XYZ200 to the controller. Do not connect via an extension cable casually.
3. Connect the PZT drive wires (CH1, CH2, CH3) of the P60.XYZ200 to the corresponding interface of the controller according to the identification on the leads.
4. Connect the sensor output wires (1, 2, 3) of the P60.XYZ200 to the corresponding interface of the controller according to the identification on the leads.
