To properly install the P18 Piezo Nanopositioning Scanner, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the installation surface is flat.
2. Use M4 screws to mount the P18 on the mounting surface and tighten them securely.
3. Make sure the connection wire is in good condition and the product and controller are effectively grounded.
4. Connect the P18 connector to the corresponding controller according to the identification.
5. Mount the load on the scanner, ensuring that the load quality is within the maximum load capacity of the P18. Avoid applying torque force or prying the load surface to prevent damage.
6. Check the connection wire, and use the dedicated cable provided by CoreMorrow to connect the P18 to the controller. Do not use an extension cable without consulting CoreMorrow.
7. Before turning on the power, confirm that the P18 is properly grounded, the operating environment meets the requirements, and all fixed screws are tightened.
8. Follow the instructions in the controller's user manual to set the output voltage to zero, then gradually increase the voltage within the specified range.
9. When operating the P18, avoid knocking or damaging the product. Use light steps and refer to the controller's user manual for specific operations to ensure correct usage.
