To properly install the COREMORROW P15 Piezo Nanopositioning Scanner, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the installation surface is flat and clean.
2. Use M6 screws to mount the P15 on the mounting surface securely.
3. Make sure to properly ground the connections.
4. Mount the load on the moving platform, ensuring that the load does not exceed the maximum load capacity of the P15.
5. Connect the P15 connector to the corresponding controller using the provided dedicated cable.
6. Avoid stretching or bending the cables during installation.
7. Do not connect the P15 via an extension cable unless necessary. If a longer cable is needed, contact COREMORROW for assistance.
8. Tighten the load slowly and carefully to prevent damage to the mechanism.
9. Before turning on the power, confirm that the P15 is grounded, the operating environment meets the requirements, and all screws are tightened.
10. Refer to the user manual of the controller for specific operation instructions to ensure correct operation.
