To properly install the COREMORROW P12A Piezo Nanopositioning Scanner, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the installation surface is flat and clean.
2. Use M3 screws to mount the P12A on the mounting surface and tighten them securely.
3. Connect the grounding wire to ensure proper grounding.
4. Mount the load onto the scanner, making sure that the load quality does not exceed the maximum load capacity of the P12A. It is recommended to mount the load in the center of the moving surface.
5. Tighten the load properly to ensure accurate positioning.
6. Connect the P12A to the corresponding controller using the provided connector. Follow the wiring diagram in the manual for the correct connection.
7. Check all the connections and ensure that the wires are not damaged or broken.
8. Before turning on the power, confirm that the P12A is properly grounded, the operating environment meets the requirements, and all screws are tightened.
9. Read the user manual of the controller carefully and follow the instructions to start the controller.
10. Set the controller's output voltage to zero before inputting the desired voltage value.
11. Operate the P12A within the rated voltage range of the piezoelectric ceramics (0~120V, maximum 150V).
12. After use, perform a voltage reset operation.
13. Take care not to knock or damage the product during operation.
