To connect the P32 Piezo Z/Tip/Tilt Platform to the controller, you will need to use the provided cable connectors. The PZT connector is a 1-contact Lemo connector, and the sensor connector is a 4-contacts Lemo connector. The bridge connection and pin definitions of the strain sensor gage are provided in the manual.
For the E51.B2 (B3) piezo controller, it uses a D-sub15 three-row male connector. The pin definitions for the connector are also provided in the manual.
For the E70 piezo controller, it uses a DB13W3 connector. The pin definitions for the connector are provided in the manual as well.
Please make sure to follow the correct pin connections and ensure proper grounding for safe and accurate operation of the platform.
