To connect the S21 Piezo Rotation Stage to the controller, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the S21 connector is properly identified on the stage.
2. Use the dedicated cable provided by CoreMorrow to connect the S21 Piezo Rotation Stage to the controller.
3. Connect the S21 connector with the corresponding connector on the controller according to the identification at the connector.
4. For the wiring mode of the LEMO connector, refer to the provided diagram in the manual.
It is important to use the dedicated cable provided by CoreMorrow and not connect via an extension cable casually. If you need a longer cable, please contact CoreMorrow for assistance.
