To discharge the XP-611 piezo nanopositioning stage before installation, you need to connect it to the controller. The controller will discharge the stage and ensure it is safe to handle. Please refer to the installation and operation section of the user manual for detailed instructions on connecting the stage to the controller and discharging it properly.
