To properly install the COREMORROW P12 Piezo Nanopositioning Scanner, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the installation surface is flat and clean.
2. Use M3 screws to mount the P12 on the installation surface and tighten them securely.
3. Connect the grounding wire to ensure proper grounding.
4. Mount the load on the moving platform, making sure that the load is within the maximum load capacity of the P12. Avoid mounting the load on one side of the platform.
5. Connect the P12 to the corresponding controller using the provided connector. Follow the wiring diagram in the manual for the correct connections.
6. Check that all connections are secure and in good condition.
7. Before turning on the power, confirm that the P12 is properly grounded, the operating environment meets the requirements, and all screws are tightened.
8. Read the user manual of the controller carefully and follow the instructions to start the controller.
9. Set the controller's output voltage to zero before inputting the desired voltage.
10. After use, perform a voltage reset operation.
