To adjust the seat on the Cyclace L-003B Exercise Bike Stationary, follow these steps:
1. Locate the seat adjustment lever underneath the seat.
2. Pull the lever to release the seat lock.
3. Slide the seat forward or backward to your desired position.
4. Release the lever to lock the seat in place.
The Cyclace L-003B Exercise Bike Stationary has 8 adjustable seat brake positions, allowing you to find the most comfortable position for your workout.
