If you are having trouble connecting your Logitech MX Master 3S Mouse to your computer via Bluetooth, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Make sure the mouse is turned on and in pairing mode. The number 1 LED under the mouse should be blinking fast. If the LED is not blinking fast, do a long press of 3 seconds to turn on the mouse.
2. Open the Bluetooth settings on your computer. On Windows, select the Windows icon, then go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth. On macOS, open System Preferences and click Bluetooth.
3. Click on the "Add Bluetooth or other device" button in the Bluetooth settings. On Windows, select "Bluetooth" as the device type. On macOS, click on the "+" button at the bottom left of the Bluetooth preferences window.
4. On the Logitech MX Master 3S Mouse, press and hold the Easy-Switch button for 3 seconds. This will put the mouse in discoverable mode, and the LED will start blinking fast.
5. On your computer, select the Logitech MX Master 3S Mouse from the list of available devices. If the mouse does not appear in the list, try turning off and on the Bluetooth on your computer, or restart your computer and try again.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process. Once the mouse is successfully paired, the LED under the mouse will stop blinking and glow steadily for five seconds.
If you are still unable to connect your Logitech MX Master 3S Mouse to your computer via Bluetooth, you may need to try connecting it using the included LOGI BOLT wireless receiver or contact Logitech customer support for further assistance.
