To charge the RENPHO ES-30M-US Body Fat Scale, you can use the included USB cable. There are several ways to charge the device: utilize the USB cord that is included with an AC adapter, power bank, laptop, or desktop PC. The scale has a powerful 200mAh battery that only needs to be recharged 2-3 times per year with typical use. It does not require external batteries. The battery needs three to four hours to charge completely. Please click the RESET button on the scale's back before using it for the first time.
