To connect the Govee H61951A1 Alexa LED Strip Lights to your phone, you will need to follow these steps:
1. Download the Govee Home app from the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play (for Android devices).
2. Make sure your smartphone is running iOS 9.3 or above (for iOS devices) or Android 4.4 or above (for Android devices).
3. Turn on Bluetooth in your mobile phone.
4. Open the Govee Home app and tap the "+" icon in the top right corner.
5. Select "H6195" from the device list.
6. Choose a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network to connect to or skip the setup if you prefer not to connect to Wi-Fi.
Once you have completed these steps, you should be able to control your Govee LED Strip Lights using the Govee Home app on your phone.
Please note that the Govee H61951A1 Alexa LED Strip Lights do not support 5G Wi-Fi. Make sure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network for proper functionality.
