To install the PERLESMITH PSDSK2-1 Floating Wall Mounted Shelf on a wood stud wall, please follow these steps:
1. Use a stud finder to locate a wood stud and mark the edge and center location.
2. Position the wall plate [A] at your desired height and line up the holes with your stud centerline. Make sure the wall plate is level.
3. Drill pilot holes using a 1/8 in (3.2 mm) diameter drill bit.
4. Secure the wall plate [A] to the wood stud using the provided lag screws [W-A-1] and washers [W-A-2]. Tighten the lag screws only until the washers are pulled firmly against the wall plate.
It is important to ensure that the wall plate is securely fastened to the wall before proceeding to the next step.
