To set the timer on the ATHENA FUTURES PTW-DB Potty Training Toilet Timer Watch, please follow these steps:
1. Press the button on top of the watch to start setting the timer.
2. Press the button again to stop setting.
3. The watch has a programmable loop-in timer for different intervals: 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 2 hours, and 3 hours.
4. Adjust the timer by pressing the button short and long to select the desired interval.
5. Once you have selected the desired interval, press the button to confirm.
6. The timer can also be turned off at any time, including at night, by pressing the button again.
