To change the presser foot on the Singer Quantum Stylist 9960 sewing machine, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the power switch and raise the needle to its highest position by turning the hand wheel towards you.
2. Raise the presser foot lifter to lift the presser foot.
3. Press the presser foot release lever towards you to remove the current presser foot.
4. Place the desired presser foot with its pin directly under the slot in the presser foot holder.
5. Lower the presser foot lifter to snap the presser foot into place.
6. Tighten the presser foot thumb xxxx to secure the presser foot.
