Speaker placement is an important factor in achieving optimal sound quality with the Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 speaker system. Here are some guidelines to help you with speaker placement:
1. Position the speakers on either side of your computer monitor or TV, at ear level or slightly above ear level when you are seated in your listening position.
2. Aim the speakers towards your listening area. The speakers have a 1/4" 20-thread on the back, which allows for tilting and angling adjustments. Experiment with the positioning to find the best sound for your room.
3. Keep the speakers at least a few inches away from walls or other objects to avoid any interference or distortion in the sound.
4. If possible, try to create an equilateral triangle between the two speakers and your listening position. This means that the distance between each speaker and your listening position should be roughly the same as the distance between the two speakers.
Remember, these are general guidelines, and you may need to make adjustments based on your room's acoustics and personal preferences. Experiment with different placements to find the best sound for your setup.
