To pair the ZIIDOO Bluetooth 5.0 Transmitter and Receiver with your Bluetooth headphones or speaker, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the ZIIDOO device is in TX (transmitter) mode. You can switch to TX mode by turning off the device and then switching the working status switch to the TX side.
2. Power on the ZIIDOO device by long-pressing the Multi Function Button (MFB) for 3 seconds. The TX LED should start flashing.
3. Press the pair button on the ZIIDOO device to enter pairing mode. The TX LED should start flashing rapidly.
4. Put your Bluetooth headphones or speaker into pairing mode. Refer to the user manual of your headphones or speaker for instructions on how to enter pairing mode.
5. Keep your headphones or speaker close to the ZIIDOO device and wait for 5-30 seconds. The TX LED, "A" LED, and CODEC LED on the ZIIDOO device should turn on, indicating a successful connection.
6. Connect your phone or audio source to the ZIIDOO device using a 3.5mm audio cable. You can now play music from your phone to your Bluetooth headphones or speaker.
If you are still having trouble pairing the ZIIDOO device with your headphones or speaker, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure both the ZIIDOO device and your headphones or speaker are fully charged.
- Turn off both the ZIIDOO device and your headphones or speaker, then turn them back on and repeat the pairing process.
- Reset the ZIIDOO device by pressing the MFB and connecting it to a power supply.
- Check if your headphones or speaker require a password to connect. If they do, try entering "0000", "8888", "1111", or "1234" as the password.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, please refer to the user manual for further troubleshooting instructions or contact the ZIIDOO customer support for assistance.
