To use the vertical steam feature on the PurSteam World's Best Steamers PS-99LCD Steam Iron, follow these steps:
1. Fill the water tank with water: Make sure the water tank is filled with water before using the vertical steam feature. Use the water filling container provided in the box to pour water into the water tank opening until it reaches the MAX level indicated on the tank.
2. Plug in the iron: Connect the iron to a power source and turn it on. The power indicator light will turn red, and a beep will sound. The iron will be in standby mode, with the word "OFF" displayed on the LCD screen.
3. Select the vertical steam option: Look for the Variable Steam xxxx on the iron. Slide it to the appropriate position for the vertical steam option. This will allow steam to be released vertically instead of horizontally.
4. Hold the iron vertically: Once the vertical steam option is selected, hold the iron in a vertical position. You can now use it to steam garments or fabrics in an upright position, such as curtains or hanging clothes.
Note: When using the vertical steam feature, ensure that the water tank is completely full to generate sufficient steam. Also, be cautious of hot steam and keep a safe distance from the iron to avoid any accidents.
