To switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius on the CHOOSEEN HG03 Thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the thermometer is turned off.
2. Press and hold the "MEM" button on the back of the thermometer for about 5 seconds.
3. The temperature unit will switch from Fahrenheit to Celsius, or vice versa.
4. Release the "MEM" button.
Now you can use the thermometer to measure temperature in your preferred unit. Please note that this method only works when the thermometer is turned off.
