To change the temperature unit from Celsius to Fahrenheit on the HALIDODO HW-7 Red Light Therapy for Body, follow these steps:
1. Press the "MODE" button for 2 seconds until the screen displays "F1".
2. Use the "UP" button to select degrees Fahrenheit or the "DOWN" button to select degrees Celsius.
3. Once you have selected the desired temperature unit, press the "MODE" button again to confirm the selection.
