To adjust the height of the HUANUO HNFR3 Adjustable Under Desk Footrest, grasp both sides of the footrest and lift to raise it. To lower the footrest, grab the front and tilt it back to release. The footrest is attached to a spring-loaded hinge, allowing for easy height adjustment.
