To connect the iHealth KN-550BT Track Smart Blood Pressure Monitor to your smartphone, you will need to follow these steps:
1. Download the iHealth MyVitals App on your smartphone from the Apple Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).
2. Create your own iHealth account on the App.
3. Place your phone next to the blood pressure monitor.
4. Start the iHealth MyVitals App on your smartphone and ensure that Bluetooth is activated in your phone's settings.
5. Press the "M" (Memory) button on the blood pressure monitor. The number of readings in the memory will be displayed.
6. After a few seconds, the iHealth KN-550BT Track Smart Blood Pressure Monitor will automatically start syncing the readings to the iHealth MyVitals App. You will see the readings numbers gradually come down on the blood pressure monitor until they reach zero.
7. When zero is displayed on your monitor, it means that all the readings have been synchronized, and you can now view all your data in the "List" section of the iHealth MyVitals App.
