To assemble the Creality Ender-3 3D Printer, follow these steps:
1. Start by installing the Z-axis limit switch kit and Z-axis profiles. Place the endstop sensor on the left side of the Z-axis and use four M5X45 screws to fix the Z-axis to the base.
2. Install the Z-axis motor kit and T-type xxxx . Lock the T-shaped xxxx rod onto the Z-axis motor component and use two M4X18 screws to slightly lock the Z-axis motor component onto the profile.
3. Install the pneumatic joint, XE-axis kit, and synchronous belt. Tighten the tube connector using an open-end wrench and fix the XE-axis kit with two M4X16 screws. Pass the timing belt through the XE-axis kit in the same direction as shown in the manual.
4. Install the extrusion kit and Z-axis passive block. Insert the synchronous belt into the profile along with the V-wheel of the extrusion kit. Lock the Z-axis passive block with one M4X16 xxxx .
5. Install the X-axis tensioner. Insert the timing belt into the tensioner block and place it into the X-axis tensioner. Tighten it with a plastic hand xxxx nut. Lock it with a round head M4X16 xxxx and a countersunk head M4X14 xxxx on both sides of the Z-axis passive block.
6. Install the Z-axis moving kit. Insert the Z-axis moving kit into the two ends of the Z-axis profile along with the V-wheel on both sides.
7. Install the gantry profile and display kit. Install the upper frame of the gantry structure with four M5X25 screws. Use an Allen wrench to lock the screen kit onto the machine with four screws.
8. Install the material rack, gantry cover, and indication xxxx . Put the flat round head M5X8 and MST screws into the material rack. Place the spool holder on the rack and fix it to the profile with screws. Put the indication xxxx on the motor shaft and place the 2020 profile cover on both sides.
9. Connect the X, E, and Z-axis stepper motors according to the yellow label on the 6-pin (4 wires) port. Connect the X and Z-axis limit switches according to the yellow label on the 3-pin (2 wires) port. Plug in the power cord and toggle the switch to turn on the power.
10. Preheat the printer by selecting the preheat option on the display menu.
11. Load the filament by pressing the extrusion spring and inserting the filament until it comes out of the nozzle.
12. Level the platform according to the instructions in the video provided on the storage card.
13. Generate G-code and save the file to the TF card. Insert the TF card into the printer, select the file to be printed from the menu, and start printing.
