To connect the HyperX Cloud Alpha headset to your PC, follow these steps:
1. Locate the detachable headset cable and identify the end with the headphone icon label.
2. Plug the cable into the female jack on the left headset ear cup. Both the plug and ear cup female jack have a grey color for easy identification.
3. Connect the other end of the detachable headset cable, which has a 3.5mm plug, to the female jack on the PC extension cable. The PC extension cable has two 3.5mm jacks.
4. Plug the audio plug, which has green stripes, into the port on your PC that is signified by a green input or headphone symbol.
5. Plug the microphone plug, which has pink stripes, into the port on your PC that is signified by a pink input or microphone symbol.
Once connected, you can use the in-line audio control on the headset cable to adjust the headphone volume and mute the microphone. To increase the volume, rotate the volume wheel clockwise. To decrease the volume, rotate the volume wheel counterclockwise. To mute the microphone, slide the microphone mute button down. To activate the microphone, slide the microphone mute button up.
