To connect your Eufy RoboVac 15C to Wi-Fi, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure your RoboVac is fully charged and the main power switch on the bottom of the device is turned on.
2. Ensure that your Wi-Fi network meets the requirements mentioned in the manual, such as using the correct password, not using a VPN or Proxy Server, and having a 2.4GHz frequency band.
3. Check if your router is connected to the internet and if there are any internet connection problems with your provider.
4. If you have modified your network name and password, make sure you enter the correct information when setting up the Wi-Fi connection.
5. If you are still unable to connect, you can try resetting the Wi-Fi connection on your RoboVac. Press and hold the Wi-Fi status light button on the device for 10 seconds until the light starts flashing slowly. Then, follow the instructions in the manual to set up the Wi-Fi connection again.
If you continue to experience difficulties connecting your RoboVac 15C to Wi-Fi, please contact the Eufy customer service for further assistance.
