To change the temperature scale on the Braun IRT3030 ThermoScan 3 thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the thermometer is turned off.
2. Press and hold down the "<>" button.
3. Keep holding down the "<>" button and after about 3 seconds, the display will start to cycle between temperature scales (°C or °F).
4. Release the start button when the desired scale is shown. This will reset the thermometer to the new temperature scale.
Please note that the thermometer must be turned off before attempting to change the temperature scale.
