To switch between the three fan operation modes on the TopMate C5 Laptop Cooling Pad, you need to long press the "on/off" button. The cooling pad features a small LCD screen and a control panel with buttons. The screen displays information about different wind speeds, and the buttons allow you to switch between modes.
