To install the PE Wideband O2 Kit, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the device is intended for off-road use only and is not waterproof. Take necessary precautions to protect it from water exposure.
2. Connect the powered O2 module to the sensor when installing it in a running engine. Failure to do so may damage the sensor.
3. Keep the PE-Wideband controller at least 3 feet away from any ignition system components to avoid any potential damage.
4. Verify the correct setup and determine the suitability of the kit for your specific application. Performance Electronics, LTD assumes no responsibility for any damage resulting from incorrect installation or misuse of the product.
5. Take note of the warning regarding fuels containing lead or 2-stroke oil, as they can degrade the sensor.
