To set up the pet feeder and connect it to the app, follow these steps:
1. Lift the latch on the feeder's lid to open it.
2. Place the desiccant bag in the desiccant box on the top lid and close it.
3. Plug in the power adapter or insert 3 good quality alkaline "D" batteries.
4. Tilt the base unit back slightly and align the buckle of the food bowl with the base unit to install it.
5. Open the lid and fill the hopper with a suitable quantity of dry pet food.
6. Download the app by scanning the QR code provided in the manual.
7. Register an account or log in to the app.
8. Click "+" on the top right of the home page and follow the instructions to add the device.
9. Make sure your Wi-Fi is set to 2.4GHz (5GHz or mixed frequency is not compatible with the device).
10. Set up your programmed feeding in the app to schedule automatic feedings.
11. You can also use the app for remote feeding or manually dispense food using the buttons on the feeder.
Note: If you encounter any issues during setup, you can reset the feeder by long-pressing the "" button for 5 seconds until you hear a "Di" sound. The link indicator will flash rapidly, and you can try to connect the feeder again.
