To clean the Dawlance MD7 Microwave Oven, follow these steps:
1. Unplug the appliance from the power supply before cleaning.
2. Clean the inside of the oven after each use with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scrubbers, as they can damage the interior.
3. Clean the accessories, such as the glass tray and turntable ring assembly, in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry them thoroughly before placing them back in the oven.
4. Use a damp cloth to clean the door frame, seal, and neighboring parts when they are dirty. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners on these parts.
5. Regularly remove any food deposits or spills from the oven cavity to prevent them from affecting the performance of the appliance.
6. Do not let the oven cavity be used for storage purposes. Do not store items like bread or cookies inside the oven.
7. Avoid using plastic or paper containers that may ignite when heated in the microwave oven. Keep an eye on the oven when heating food in these containers.
8. If smoke is observed during cooking, switch off or unplug the appliance and keep the door closed to stifle any flames.
9. Failure to maintain the oven in a clean condition could lead to deterioration of the surface, which may adversely affect the lifespan of the appliance and pose a hazard.
