To ensure your iPhone is charging correctly on the Belkin WIZ009 3-in-1 Wireless Charger with MagSafe, follow these steps:
1. Place your iPhone securely on the large white charging pad of the WIZ009.
2. The magnet in the charger will align your iPhone correctly with the charger.
3. Your iPhone should illuminate to indicate that it is charging.
4. If your iPhone is powered up and locked, it will show the MagSafe charging animation when the charging starts.
5. If your iPhone is unlocked or you are using an app, the MagSafe charging animation will not play.
If you follow these steps and your iPhone does not illuminate or show any signs of charging, please ensure that your iPhone is compatible with MagSafe technology and that it is properly aligned with the charger.
