To connect the Applied Motion Products ST5-10 IP Stepper Drive to your computer, follow these steps:
1. Download and install the ST Configurator™ Ethernet software from the Applied Motion Products website.
2. Launch the software by clicking on Start / Programs / Applied Motion Products / ST Configurator.
3. Connect the drive to your computer using a standard CAT5 network cable.
4. Select an appropriate IP address for the drive using the rotary switch. For more information on network configurations and IP addressing, refer to the ST-QSiC Hardware Manual available on the Applied Motion Products website.
Please note that it is important to have a compatible stepper motor, a small flat blade screwdriver for tightening connectors, and a personal computer running Microsoft Windows 98, NT, Me, 2000, XP, Vista, or 7/8/10/11. Additionally, make sure you have the necessary software and hardware requirements as mentioned in the user guide.
