To adjust the brightness and contrast of the monitor, follow these steps:
1. Press the right button on the 5-way navigation button to open the menu.
2. Use the up/down buttons to navigate to the "Brightness" option in the main menu.
3. Press the right button to enter the submenu.
4. Use the up/down buttons to adjust the brightness level from 0 to 100.
5. Press the right button to confirm the selection.
6. Use the up/down buttons to navigate to the "Contrast" option in the main menu.
7. Press the right button to enter the submenu.
8. Use the up/down buttons to adjust the contrast level from 0 to 100.
9. Press the right button to confirm the selection.
Note: The default brightness level is 80 and the default contrast level is 75. You can adjust these settings according to your preference.
