To mute the alarm on the AARCOMM U150 Universal Charger, you can use the Mute Button. Here's how it works:
1. While the charger is charging a remote control, the button LED will be off.
2. When the charger is not charging, the button LED will flash and the alarm buzzer will sound until the remote control is returned to the charger.
3. To temporarily mute the alarm, press the Mute Button. The LED will repeatedly flash three times followed by a pause, and the alarm will be silenced for 30 minutes.
4. If you want to silence the alarm indefinitely, hold the Mute Button for 3 seconds. The button LED will turn off, and the alarm buzzer will be silenced indefinitely.
5. Putting a remote control back on the charger will automatically clear the "Mute" or "Silence" modes.
