To assemble the , please follow the assembly instructions provided in the instruction manual. Here is a step-by-step guide:
1. Insert one Axle through the right or left side of the Main Frame. The Axle should go through the Axle Stabilizer Sleeve.
2. If using two Axles, repeat step 1.
3. Slide one 3/4" Lock Collar over both right and left Axle.
4. Slide the 24" Wheel onto both right and left Axle.
5. Slide another 3/4" Lock Collar onto both right and left side Axles and tighten set screws.
6. Move right and left Locking Collars on another side of the Wheel snug against the Wheel and tighten set screws.
7. Slide the Manifold T Support into the Main Frame and tighten with one 3/8"x 1/2" bolt.
8. Insert the Rest Stand into the Manifold T Support and tighten with one 3/8"x 1/2" bolt.
9. Attach the Heat Shield to the Main Frame with four 1/4" x 3/4" slotted bolts and tighten the other side down with four 1/4" lock washers and nuts.
10. Attach one Torch Manifold Mounting Bracket onto the left side of the Manifold T Support and tighten with one 3/8" x 1/2" bolt.
11. Insert the Torch Manifold through the left Torch Manifold Mounting Bracket.
12. Repeat steps 10 and 11 for the right side and set the angle on the Torch Manifold to 45° or the desired angle and tighten both supplied set screws.
13. Insert the Manifold xxxx Assembly to the Torch Manifold, leaving the xxxx facing the upper right or left side of the Tank Heat Shield.
14. Insert the HP65T hose through the upper right or left hole on the Tank Heat Shield and tighten into the Manifold xxxx Assembly.
15. Insert the Handle through the right or left side of the square tubing on the Main Frame and tighten with a 3/8" x 1/2" bolt.
16. Mount the Regulator Assembly onto the bolt on the handle and attach and tighten the loose end of the HP65T hose to the Flare fitting in the Regulator Assembly.
17. Set a standard 20 lb. propane tank onto the Main Frame.
18. Run the Strap through the slots on the Heat Shield and around the propane tank, then fasten to secure.
19. Attach the Regulator Assembly to the propane tank using an open-end wrench or crescent wrench (left-handed threads).
20. You are now ready to move on to lighting instructions.
