To charge the TORRAS L2 Bladeless Hanging Neck Fan, please follow these steps:
1. If the fan stops working due to low power, plug in the charging cable provided with the fan.
2. Connect the charging cable to a power source.
3. During charging, the blue light on the fan will flash.
4. Once fully charged, the blue light will stay on.
Note: If the battery power is less than 10% and the blue light of the power indicator flashes, it indicates that you need to charge the fan.
