To calibrate the B-TEK D70ES Multi-Functional Analog Indicator, follow these steps:
1. Press the "Cal" button on the main board or hold the Enter Key while turning on the indicator until "SETUP" appears.
2. Use the "2 FN / ESC" key to navigate down to the "Span Calibration" option.
3. Press the "Enter" key to select the "Span Calibration" option.
4. The display will show a step number. Press the corresponding key to perform the described action.
- Step 1: Press the "Cal" button to enter setup mode.
- Step 2: Start the calibration procedure.
- Step 3: Select zero sampling.
- Step 4: Place a dead load on the scale and wait for stability. Press any key.
- Step 5: Press the "Tare" button to enter span weight sampling.
- Step 6: Place a known weight on the scale and enter the new span weight value using the numeric keypad.
- Step 7: Load the scale with a different weight and press the "Enter" key to accept the calibration value.
- Step 8: Press the "FN" key or "Cal" button to save the calibration.
5. Once the calibration is saved, the indicator will be calibrated and ready for use.
