To switch between HDMI sources using the LINDY 2 / 4 Port HDMI 4K60, USB 2.0 and Audio KVM Switch, you have two options: using the push button on the front panel or using keyboard hotkeys.
1. Front Panel Push Button:
- Press the Select button on the front panel of the KVM switch.
- The switching will be confirmed by a beep sound, and the status LED of the active port will illuminate.
2. Keyboard Hotkeys:
- Hotkey commands can be activated by pressing the leading code "Right Ctrl" + "Right Ctrl".
- To switch to a specific computer port, press the leading code + the number corresponding to the desired port (e.g., leading code + "1" for port 1).
- To turn on/off auto scanning, press the leading code + "s".
- To switch on/off auto detection function, press the leading code + "t".
- To switch on/off beep signal, press the leading code + "b".
- To reboot and reset the input port, press the leading code + "r".
- To set the auto scanning time, press the leading code + "s" + "n*" (replace * with the desired time in seconds).
- To change the leading code from "Right Ctrl" to "Scroll Lock", press the leading code + "Scroll Lock". To switch back to the default leading code, press leading code + "Right Ctrl" + "Enter".
- To change the leading code from "Right Ctrl" to "Num Lock", press the leading code + "Num Lock". To switch back to the default leading code, press leading code + "Right Ctrl" + "Enter".
- To switch to the next input port, press the leading code + the right arrow or down arrow key.
- To switch to the previous input port, press the leading code + the left arrow or up arrow key.
- To reset to the factory default settings, press the leading code + "Esc".
