To set up and level the messtechnik 32X Condtrol Spektra + Rail 3 M optical level, follow these steps:
1. Set the desired height of the tripod and place it on the ground.
2. Use the attachment xxxx to tightly fix the optical level on the tripod.
3. Rotate the lifting screws A, B, C to install the bubble vial in the center. By rotating the A and B screws simultaneously, move the bubble to the right. Rotation of the xxxx C will move the bubble back.
4. Aim the telescope on a bright surface or leveling staff using the sight. Rotate the eyepiece until you achieve a clear and bright image of the grid.
5. Rotate the focusing xxxx forward to focus on the staff standing at a longer distance or back to focus on the staff standing at a closer distance until a clear image appears on the screen.
6. Rotate the horizontal drive xxxx to position the image of the staff at the center of the field of view.
Once the optical level is set up and leveled, you can proceed with taking measurements using the instrument.
