To align the SPORTS ATTACK Elite eHack Attack Electronic Softball Pitching Machine, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the machine by flipping the on/off switch located on the left side of the machine to the "on" position.
2. Allow the software to load, which takes about 10-15 seconds. Once the software has loaded, the Welcome Page will appear.
3. Press the "Set Up Machine" button on the Welcome Page to align the machine prior to pitching to a batter.
4. Make sure the machine is on a level surface and at the proper distance from home plate.
5. Center the machine with home plate.
6. Throw at least 2 test pitches to ensure the machine is centered in the strike zone. Do this with no batter in the box.
7. Look for the "Ready to pitch" light to turn green. This indicates that the machine is aligned and ready to pitch.
8. Once the alignment process is complete, select "Ready" on the Welcome Page.
It is important to note that if vertical adjustment of more than 50% of travel in either direction is needed for centering the pitch, you may need to physically reposition the machine and center it again. Horizontal adjustment can be made by simply physically moving the machine left or right.
