To set up the KIND LED X220 X Series Targeted Full Spectrum LED Grow Light, follow these steps:
1. Unpackage the fixture and place it on a safe and stable area directly below the desired hanging location.
2. If you plan on mounting the driver remotely, locate the driver mounting brackets and use the flat head screws to attach the brackets to the fixture. Mount the driver to the brackets using round head screws.
3. Attach the DC output power cord from the driver to the two connections on the fixture.
4. For the X750 model, attach the ratchet hangers directly to the eyelets on the fixture. Attach one wire hanger to each end of the light fixture through the metal mounting eyelets. Lower the ratchet hangers to the center of the wire hanger and connect. Raise the light to the desired position.
5. For power cords, the X220, X330, and X420 models come with a 6' standard power cord. The X750 model does not include a power cord, but you can purchase an 8' DC output cord separately.
6. If you want to mount the driver remotely, disconnect the original DC output cord from the fixture and the driver. Remove the four mounting screws and securely mount the driver in its new location (within 3' for X220, X330, X420, and within 8' for X750). Connect the extended DC output cord to both the fixture and the driver.
