1. Start by removing the protective foil from the kit.
2. Take the Binding Buffer (150µl) and add it to columns 1 and 7 of the provided plate. This is where you will add your PCR samples.
3. Carefully place the plate into the miQron, ensuring that the label is facing outward.
4. Insert two combs into the miQron.
5. Select the PCKit protocol on the miQron and press the start button to begin the cleaning process.
6. Once the program is complete, remove the plate from the miQron and discard the combs.
7. The purified DNA elution can be found in columns 5 and 11 of the plate.
