The SCARLETT SC-EK27G49 Electric Kettle has a water level scale that indicates the minimum and maximum water levels. It is recommended to not fill the kettle with less than 0.6 liters of water (below the "MIN" mark) to prevent it from operating dry. Additionally, it is advised to avoid overfilling and water spilling out during boiling by not exceeding 1.8 liters of water (up to the "MAX" mark).
