To wire the drive to the AC power source, follow these steps:
1. Make sure you have the appropriate power source for your drive. The STAC6-S and STAC6-Q drives accept 94-135VAC, while the STAC6-Si drives accept 94-265VAC.
2. If using an external fuse, we recommend using a fast-acting fuse. For STAC6x drives, use a 6 amp fuse. For STAC6x-220 drives, use a 5 amp fuse.
3. Before applying power, wire the drive to the AC power source.
4. Refer to the STAC6 Hardware Manual for detailed instructions on how to wire the motor.
Please note that it is important to apply power only after completing step 4 and connecting the programming cable.
For more information and detailed instructions, please refer to the STAC6 Hardware Manual available on the Applied Motion Products website at http://www.applied-motion.com/support/manuals.
