To assemble the KaWe H-800 HiLight LED Headlamp, follow these steps:
1. Connect the headlamp to the KaWe lithium-ion battery using the cable provided. The cable can be connected to the battery for the head rim or the battery cable for belt fastening.
2. If using the battery for the head rim, fasten it to the backside of the head rim by inserting the clamping elements of the battery body into the grooves on the back side of the head rim. Clamp it with a light movement. To disconnect the clamping elements, move them together in the opposite direction.
3. If using a binocular loupe, loosen the fastening xxxx on the joint of the binocular loupe. Insert the loupe into the holder on the back of the headlamp body and fix the fastening xxxx in the threaded hole on the front side. To adjust the position of the binocular loupes, slightly loosen them and then tighten the fastening xxxx to secure them in the desired position.
To disassemble the headlamp, follow these steps:
1. Disconnect the headlamp from the battery.
2. If using a binocular loupe, loosen the fastening xxxx and remove the loupe from the holder.
