To connect the TJOY DSBRGB06 Alexa Smart Light Bulbs to the TuyaSmart app, please follow these steps:
1. Install the TuyaSmart app on your phone and create an account or log in if you already have one.
2. Make sure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported) and turn on Bluetooth.
3. Disconnect the power to the smart bulb before installation. The bulb will turn white when powered on for the first time.
4. Open the TuyaSmart app and allow the necessary permissions for Bluetooth, network access, and location access.
5. Initialize the smart bulb device by following the instructions provided in the user manual.
6. In the TuyaSmart app, a connection window will automatically pop up. Click "Go to add" to proceed.
7. Click the "+" button to add a new device.
8. Enter your Wi-Fi password and click "Confirm".
9. Wait for the app to connect to the smart bulb. If the connection times out, repeat the steps from the initialization process.
10. Once the connection is successful, you can control the smart bulb using the TuyaSmart app.
Additionally, the TJOY DSBRGB06 Alexa Smart Light Bulbs also support third-party control such as Alexa and Google Home. To set up these integrations, follow these steps:
1. In the TuyaSmart app, go to the "Me" interface and click on "More Services".
2. Select the third-party application you want to operate (e.g., Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant).
3. Click "Sign In With Amazon" or "Link with Google Assistant" accordingly.
4. Follow the provided instructions or scan the QR code to learn more detailed tutorials on connecting to "Amazon Alexa" or "Google Assistant".
